MISSION STATEMENT
Ocean View School District provides programs that support the educational, cultural, and social needs of our community. Services are delivered in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner to meet the needs of children and families, while promoting the value of cultural diversity.
Kids’ Club and F.L.Y. offer children enriching experiences in arts, sports, physical activity, music, and nutrition. Our goal is to foster social development and build positive self-esteem through engaging, age-appropriate activities that also allow for individual choice.
Staffing
The Expanded Learning Programs (Kids’ Club and F.L.Y.) are staffed by employees of the Ocean View School District and the Boys & Girls Club of Huntington Valley to ensure high-quality care. All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified.
Who We Serve
Services are provided to children at their school of attendance where Kids’ Club and F.L.Y. programs are offered.
Extended Year Program
Optional programs are available during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer recesses for children enrolled in TK through eighth grade.
Each week features a variety of activities, including arts & crafts, games, science projects, and experiments centered around a weekly theme. Study trips are also included for children to enjoy.
